Wastewater Treatment is State of the Art

The sky is falling!  The sky is falling!  Whoops, sorry that’s “The Sewage and Wastewater is Going into the Bay.”

How any thinking person can claim that, in this day and age, a development can be built without sewage/wastewater treatment is baffling.

It’s more of the disinformation campaign that Timber Shores opponents have mounted since day one of this project. It’s don’t worry about the facts.  We’ll tell you whatever we think will get you stirred up.

Since three years ago, when Timber Shores first approached the planning commission to determine exactly what would be needed to move forward with plans for an RV Park, opponents have been stirring the pot, misrepresenting the facts and generally spinning misinformation, disinformation and fiction about Timber Shores.

The reality? Timber Shores plans include a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment facility similar to the one in Northport.  And the Timber Shores team includes experts on wastewater treatment.

Hear how to learn more:

Mark Hurley is Director of Engineering at Gosling Czubak Engineering Sciences. Click on this link to reach a description of his project involvement and where you can click on a video with Mark and hear more.

On that same webpage you’ll find a video of Don Hearl of EnviroProcess, LLC. Hearl discusses the public health and environmental safety of a wastewater treatment plant like the one Timber Shores plans.

Bottom line… the NIMBY neighbors are putting more pollution into the bay than Timber Shores will.  But ssshh! They don’t want you to know that.
